About Ascend

Ascend is an Australian company that was formed in 2005. All employees at Ascend have share ownership in the company thus ensuring team stability and a vested interest in the pursuit of business success. Ascend’s business is focused on two key areas, capital raising and funds management. The Directors of Ascend have specialist expertise and established networks (spanning over 40 years) in providing corporate advice to unlisted companies.  The Directors have assisted over 30 companies with their preliminary listing requirements on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) or the National Stock Exchange (“NSX”) primarily focusing on the natural resources and biotechnology sectors.

The Directors of Ascend have developed the Escalation Fund [and the underlying Specialist Funds] to meet market demand for a pooled vehicle which provides both income and capital growth through access to the Specialist Funds, which provide investors with the opportunity to invest in assets that provide a strong risk/return outcome over the longer term. The diagram below describes the relationship between these two key business functions and how they will position Ascend Asset Management Ltd for further growth.
